Mini Dam tot Damloop Zaandam

This year, the Mini Dam tot Damloop Zaandam takes place on Saturday, September 20, just before the start of the Damloop by night. Over 3,500 children aged 4 to 12 will take part in this fun mini run.

Would you like to join the run? Register online for € 6 and receive your bib number with your first name and time registration. Your registration also includes a unique medal and a bottle of water at the finish. In the week after the event, you’ll also get access to online photos on the results page or in the Le Champion app!

The Mini Dam tot Damloop Zaandam is sold out! On-site registration on the day of the event is no longer possible.

Start

The Mini Dam tot Damloop starts on the Vermiljoenweg — the same place where the Damloop by night will kick off later that evening. And guess what? Mascot Dammie will be there too, cheering you on every step of the way!

Helpdesk
The helpdesk for the Mini Dam tot Damloop in Zaandam is located at the NN Dam tot Dam Park. Late Bird bib number can be picked up at the start at the Vermiljoenweg.

Only children aged 4 to 6 are allowed to have their parents run along. If you are older, your parents may walk with you to the start area and drop you off at the entrance. After that, they can head to the finish at the Burcht to cheer you on.

Finish

After crossing the finish line at De Burcht — the same spot where the main NN Dam tot Damloop finishes a day later — you’ll receive a medal and a bottle of water. After, you will be directed to the meeting point for children and parents. Do you want to personalise your medal? Click here. You can have your medal engraved at the Dam tot Dam Park. For the Mini Dam tot Damloop, this is not possible on the Burcht, like previous years.

Children's party

After an unforgettable Mini Dam tot Damloop and a medal to show at school, it's time for the big children's party! Let your child(ren) enjoy sports activities such as table soccer, running on the obstacle course or dancing. The program will follow soon!

Adaptive Sports

The Mini Dam tot Damloop is for everyone — including children with a disability! That’s why the Mini Dam tot Damloop Specials is once again part of this year’s program. It doesn’t matter if you use a wheelchair, run with a prosthesis, have a visual impairment, or something else — together, we’ll cross that finish line! A maximum of 50 children can take part in this event. Will we see you at the start on Saturday, September 20?
